1. About these terms
These terms explain use of https://eazy-buy.co.uk and the process for requesting and buying automotive parts from Eazzy Buy Parts (also referred to as Eazy Buy on this website; we, us or our). Read them with the relevant product description and any order-specific information we give you before accepting your order.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits statutory consumer rights. The consumer protections described here apply when you buy mainly for personal use. Any separate business purchase terms must be agreed before the order is accepted.
Contact Eazzy Buy Parts using our customer support form, email eazybuyparts@gmail.com, or call 07756 140991.
Eazzy Buy Parts, Churchill House, Shaw Road, Rotherham, S65 1SG, United Kingdom.Include your order reference or account email where relevant. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
2. Website use and customer accounts
You can browse without an account. If you register using email/password or Google Sign-In, provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person or use an account without permission. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security risks or serious misuse. This does not remove rights relating to an existing order. Information about account data and deletion is in our Privacy Policy.
3. Product descriptions and used parts
We sell used automotive parts unless a listing states otherwise. Used parts may show age, wear or cosmetic marks. Review the description, photographs, listed condition, identifiers and included components. A photograph of an assembly does not necessarily mean every surrounding component is included; ask us if the listing is unclear.
We aim to describe parts accurately and disclose known material defects. Condition is assessed in light of the description, price, age and other relevant circumstances. Being used does not remove the requirement for goods to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for a purpose made known to and accepted by us.
Any additional warranty applies only if expressly stated and supplements your statutory rights; these terms do not promise a separate warranty period.
4. Compatibility and safe installation
Vehicle make/model and search results are starting points for identifying a part. Check the OEM/part number, engine or gearbox code, connectors, dimensions and relevant vehicle specifications before ordering. Give us accurate vehicle and part information if you request fitment advice.
Have suitable parts inspected and installed by a competent person. Some parts require specialist fitting, programming or calibration. Do not install or use a part that appears unsafe or materially different from its description; contact us. These responsibilities do not exclude our liability for an incorrect description or advice on which you reasonably relied.
5. Prices and availability
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Review the part price, applicable taxes and delivery charges in the total confirmed before payment. We will not add an optional charge without your agreement.
Used stock is limited and can change before an order is accepted. Placing an item in your basket or submitting a request does not reserve stock. If there is a pricing error or stock problem, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed on corrected terms; you do not have to accept a replacement or price increase.
6. Orders, acceptance and cancellation
The checkout checks current website stock, calculates delivery and takes payment through Stripe. A payment receipt acknowledges the transaction but does not by itself confirm that we have accepted the order.
A contract is formed when we expressly confirm that your order has been accepted. Before acceptance, we may decline an order if we cannot supply it, cannot verify essential details or reasonably suspect fraud. We will tell you and refund any payment taken for an order we decline.
Contact us promptly to change or withdraw an order. After acceptance, cancellation rights below apply; we will not cancel an accepted order arbitrarily or restrict your legal remedies.
7. Payments
Stripe securely processes online card payments. The total shown before payment includes the selected parts and calculated delivery charge. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
Payment must be authorised before the order can proceed. A failed, cancelled or incomplete payment does not create a paid order. Stripe’s service and privacy terms apply to its payment service without replacing your rights against us as the seller. Do not send full card details, passwords or banking security codes through our contact form.
8. Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimates depend on your postcode and the size/weight of the part. Use the checkout quote and any order-specific delivery confirmation; an unavailable quote requires contact before proceeding. Provide a complete, accurate address and suitable access for bulky items.
Unless a different period is agreed, consumer goods must be delivered within 30 days of the contract. Tell us before acceptance if a delivery date is essential. Contact us if delivery is late, missing or damaged so we can investigate and explain your options.
For deliveries we arrange, risk remains with us until you or a person you identify takes physical possession. Inspection on arrival helps resolve damage reports, but failure to report immediately does not remove statutory rights.
9. Returns, cancellations and refunds
For most online consumer purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have 14 days to send them back. Any lawful exception must be explained before purchase; a part is not excluded simply because it is used.
Contact us with your order reference for return instructions and the correct return address. You may use this statement: “I wish to cancel my order [reference], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name and address are [details].” Any clear cancellation statement is sufficient.
For a valid cancellation, we refund the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier, and then refund within 14 days. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise without an extra fee.
You pay change-of-mind return costs only where this was disclosed before purchase; any required estimate for bulky returns must also be provided. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. There is no automatic restocking fee or blanket exclusion for fitted parts.
If a part is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet consumer requirements, contact us for the statutory remedy appropriate to the circumstances, which may include rejection/refund, repair or replacement. We cover reasonable return costs where legally required. Misuse or damage after delivery may affect a claim but does not automatically remove rights for an original fault.
10. Customer responsibilities and prohibited use
Use accurate contact and delivery information, respond to reasonable order queries and use parts safely for their intended application. Do not use the website to commit fraud, send unlawful or abusive material, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with service availability.
Content, branding and website materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may use them for ordinary browsing and considering a purchase. Other copying, commercial reuse or use of branding requires permission unless permitted by law. Manufacturer names and part references identify products and do not imply an endorsement.
11. Third-party services
Google Sign-In and other linked services are operated by their providers under their own terms. We cannot guarantee their continuous availability. Their terms do not override our obligations for goods we sell or your statutory rights. Our Privacy Policy explains relevant data handling.
12. Liability and consumer protection
We remain responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing here restricts your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods under applicable consumer law. Any proposed limitation must be read consistently with those rights. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability, but a website interruption does not remove our duties for an accepted order.
13. Changes, questions and complaints
We may update these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without your agreement unless required by law. Keep a copy of the terms and order information applicable to your purchase.
For questions, complaints or order problems, provide your reference and explain the outcome you are seeking. Contacting us does not prevent you from seeking independent advice or exercising legal rights.
